Sky High definitely enjoys coat-tailing The Incredibles or the Harry Potter hegemony, but manages to be adequately original, funny and endearing, providing a good amount of fun for kids and adults alike.
Being the son of the two most powerful superheroes to come out of Sky High, Will Stronghold (Angarano) has a hard time discovering his super-powers. Umm sure, now you know that he will discover his powers just in time to save the high-school and the world from destruction, but that should not prevent you from enjoying a fun, unassuming movie.
